Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to support our Financing & Advisory Group in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of structured finance transactions, particularly in the Mining, Metals, and related industries sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in generating pitch material. They will also possess a deep understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements, and cash flows.

Key Qualifications
  • University degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Law) or a professional financial qualification.
  • Postgraduate qualifications considered favorably.
  • Experience in Mining & Metals finance and sector knowledge, and/or another structured finance environment utilizing similar tools, processes, and procedures will also be favorably considered.
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience.
