Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic staffing, including recruitment, supervision, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • Oversee student academic management, addressing progression, misconduct, and student support in line with policy.
  • Deliver engaging and innovative clinical and academic teaching sessions across undergraduate programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of academic and industry developments through scholarship and professional engagement.
  • Enhance student experience and retention by implementing quality improvement initiatives and responding to student feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree AND Post-graduate qualification in the field or related area (for Higher Education courses).
  • Post-graduate Certificate/Diploma in Higher Education is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a diverse team to achieve successful outcomes.
