Education Specialist Role

The role of an Education Specialist is pivotal in driving the growth and development of our organisation. This full-time position offers a unique blend of challenge and opportunity, requiring expertise in higher education regulation.

We seek an individual with a background in higher education, regulatory frameworks, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the legislative and regulatory context for education in Australia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to client engagements as a core team member, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes, act as an emerging thought leader on projects, and contribute to the continuous growth and development of the team.
  • Hands-on project delivery, including contributions to business growth through thought leadership, business development, and project management.
  • Manage multiple parallel client engagements, involving client and stakeholder engagement, solution design workshops, research and analysis, and developing high-impact reports and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Experience in strategy and management consulting, or within the higher education sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and landscapes for higher education, including broad knowledge of vocational sectors.
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly and create value for clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise and interpret complex information, including regulations.
  • Flexible approach to client engagements.
