Student Records Administrator

Beaumont People are seeking an organised and detail oriented Student Records Administrator to work in a Higher Education setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process documentation for students in relation to enrolments
  • Report college student data to TCSI two to three times a week
  • Perform government reporting, inputting accurate data and fixing error codes
  • Manage database input and updating with a high degree of accuracy
  • Perform adhoc administration duties

About You:

  • MUST have Experience across student records and government reporting particularly with TCSI
  • Experience managing eCAF and AHPRA reporting would be advantageous
  • Passion to work in the Education sector
  • Proficient understanding of administrative processes relevant to student and academic administration
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office, CRM's and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
