We are seeking a seasoned Education Specialist to join our team. As an Education Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-performance outcomes and driving the growth of our consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to client engagements and form a core part of our consulting team.
  • Deliver results-driven projects with contributions to firm building through thought leadership, business development, and project management.
  • Manage multiple parallel client engagements, involving client and stakeholder engagement, solution workshops, research, and analysis, as well as developing impactful reports and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or higher in any field.
  • Experience in strategy and management consulting, or within the higher education sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and the landscape for higher education.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to synthesise complex information.
  • Flexible approach to client engagements.
