Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our consulting team as a Regulation Specialist. This role will involve providing specialist advice to senior leaders in the higher education and vocational sectors.

The successful candidate will have a background in higher education, regulation and/or quality assurance and knowledge of the legislative and regulatory context for education in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to client engagements and deliver high-performance outcomes.
  • Act as an emerging thought leader on projects and contribute to the continuous growth of the team.
  • Manage multiple parallel client engagements and develop high-impact reports/deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or higher in any field.
  • Experience in strategy and management consulting, or experience within the higher education sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements and landscape for higher education (including broad knowledge of the vocational sector).
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and create valuable relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to synthesise and interpret high volumes of complex information.
