Role Overview

As a strategic Market and Sales Operations professional, you will play a key role in driving process improvement, executing marketing and sales operations strategies, and providing data-driven insights to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop close relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with dealers to execute effective marketing, sales, and customer experience strategies.
  • Continuously improve channel effectiveness through learning & development, data insights, technology-enabled solutions, and streamlined processes.
  • Support the rollout of new products, services, and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry, technology, and digital advancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret and understand data.
  • Passion for sales, marketing, and driving customer loyalty.
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and understanding of customer experience.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong passion to learn, engage with people, and build strong relationships.
  • Project/Change Management experience.
