About This Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Providing operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient management.
  • Coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based.

This includes ensuring excellent patient and family-centred care in a team-focused environment, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to the team, and being accountable for the effective management of human, financial, and material resources.

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. You will have demonstrated ability to foster positive working relations with diverse stakeholders and have a good knowledge base in labour management.

You will also be required to:

  • Ensure compliance with national standards.
  • Undertake direct patient care as required.
