Inpatient Treatment Team Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Inpatient Services team.
The successful candidate will coordinate non-medical therapeutic services in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team for patients seeking inpatient treatment for substance use disorders.
- Provide leadership for clinical staff and manage regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate treatment planning process, crisis intervention, and clinical presentations.
- Provide individual and group counseling, family and employer counseling, case management, and clinical supervision.
- Train and schedule clinical staff and provide on-call coverage.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of OASAS regulations and CARF standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential.
