About the Role:
We're excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at Icon Cancer Centre Southport. This is apart-time positionworking64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE), reporting directly to the Nurse Unit Manager. You'll play a vital role in delivering personalised care to patients undergoing medical oncology and haematology treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional cancer care to patients and their families
- Provide a world-class patient experience
- Administer chemotherapy and supportive care treatments in a dynamic day hospital setting
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff
- Lead and inspire the nursing team
- Champion clinical excellence and uphold high standards of safe nursing practice
- Assist in implementing new systems, therapies, and clinical trials
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement

About You:
We're seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse with a strong background in oncology who's ready for a new challenge in a supportive and collaborative environment. If you're passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Skills and Experience:

- Current AHPRA nursing registration
- Minimum 5 years' experience in oncology nursing
- Chemotherapy competent with advanced clinical knowledge in haematology and oncology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Post-graduate qualification in oncology nursing
