Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Group Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished and organized individual to join our team and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Group Executive, including email, diary, and calendar management.
  • Book travel and manage expenses, as well as organize and coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle group communications, quarterly town hall events, team offsites, and management dinners/activities.
  • Offer one-on-one support to the Group Executive and provide ad-hoc support to direct reports.
  • Manage and collate Executive and Board papers, as well as oversee the Group budget and be the first point of contact for contracts/purchase orders.
  • Utilize a range of technology, including Power BI, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactor is preferred but not essential.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and deliver high levels of service at all times.
  • Determination and energy to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
