We are seeking a Christmas Casual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales team during the holiday season.

About You

You may have been a Retail Sales Assistant with another company and are looking for a role that can offer additional hours during our peak season over Christmas trading.

  • Display a professional, friendly and approachable manner when greeting and connecting with our customers
  • Have experience fulfilling Click & Collect orders and addressing customer queries
  • Be excited to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and well-groomed with an exceptional work ethic
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
About This Opportunity

Contribute towards the success of our Christmas trading period by delivering individualised customer service in a team environment. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and image of our premium jewellery store. This involves maintaining a high level of store presentation – cleaning and maintaining jewellery displays, the stockroom and store itself – as well as working collaboratively to support other team members with ad-hoc duties as needed. Develop knowledge of Michael Hill's artisanal craftsmanship and offer guidance to customers where appropriate.
