We are seeking an expert in Organizational Change Management who can drive meaningful results by guiding clients towards best practices and exemplifying core values.
About the Role- Develop and deliver organizational change activities and project deliverables using proven methodologies such as lean six sigma and agile development.
- Manage client relationships effectively, provide recommendations, and escalate project risks appropriately to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support internal projects that promote broader organizational improvements through process optimization and strategic planning.
- Produce quality work consistently and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in sales efforts, including responding to RFPs and attending oral presentations as needed to secure new business opportunities.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday or similar ERP systems.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field such as Business Administration or Organizational Development.
- Successfully led 1-3 end-to-end OC&T projects with measurable results and positive feedback from clients.
- Current certification in Workday Core HCM or Core Financials is a plus but not required.
