About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Child Minding Officer to join our team at Genesis Fitness Clubs in the Hunter Valley Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and their families, while ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care and supervision for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old while their parents and guardians utilize our facilities
  • Care for children's physical and emotional needs, including engaging in age-appropriate play and activities
  • Assist with toileting and cleaning up spills as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and their families
Requirements
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Working With Children Check (NSW)
  • Certificate III in Children's Services
  • Certification in Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with our families
