Customer Service Representative

Role Summary
As a Member Services Officer at Genesis Fitness, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional service to our members, casual users, and potential new members. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new members and deliver first-class customer service, ensuring it aligns with our mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting, touring, and closing sales to attract new members and grow our customer base.
Representing the facility and Genesis in a positive and professional manner, embodying our brand values and culture.
Applying sound cash handling principles and utilizing Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate transactions.
Promoting our centre's services and programs to customers, handling bookings and enrollments, and providing personalized support.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fitness, sales, customer service, or retail, is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people achieve their goals.
A valid Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check are mandatory requirements.
