Facilities Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities team. This role will involve coordinating tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork and skill development.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing finances, overseeing daily operations and working closely with leadership teams to achieve key operational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate general day-to-day tasks and monitor workloads for a team of staff
  • Manage procurement activities including budget oversight and administration
  • Assist the work health and safety team in reviewing risk assessments and performing safety inspections
Requirements:
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills, flexibility and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Experience in coordinating daily tasks and monitoring workloads for a team
