Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned facilities professional to lead our maintenance, safety, and building performance teams.

This role will oversee daily operations, including capital projects, and ensure compliance with WHS regulations, building codes, and essential services standards.

  • Oversee daily facilities and maintenance operations, including capital works projects
  • Lead a team of Maintenance Coordinators to deliver high-quality outcomes and foster a positive community environment
About the Role

You will be responsible for managing contractors, ensuring Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) protocols are in place, and enhancing the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a resident-first environment through well-maintained facilities and amenities
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and support sustainability initiatives
Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or property management, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • A valid Blue Card/WWCC
  • A Class C license and reliable vehicle
