The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at one of our locations. As the number one leader and final decision maker at the location level, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing every aspect of the location's operations, including product, finance, compliance, human resources, revenue management, sales, marketing, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the functioning of all product areas of the location, including Front of the House, Back of the House, F&B, Kitchen, CoWork, and Experience.
  • Manage the location's P&L and reporting, ensuring that all revenue, costs, and data are consistent across all channels.
  • Ensure compliance with all location-applicable laws and practices, and report any issues that may arise or cause a disruption to the business.
  • Act as direct manager for all location managers, lead and support the recruitment and selection process for open positions, and create and manage the staffing plan for the location.
  • Meet and exceed the location's revenue goals, establish and manage the sales strategy, and generate local partnerships to promote the Selina brand.
  • Support and manage an environment to provide a positive experience for guests, employees, and the community, and ensure proper implementation of the experience/programming designed for the location.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a hotel general manager or operations manager.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, sound financial management skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus.
  • Solid abilities for reporting and analyzing information for decision-making.
