About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rooms to lead our Rooms Division team. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct all aspects of Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
