Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team on an initial 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will work onsite at one of our customer's locations in Sydney, NSW, and will have the opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Custom Solution Development: Build and configure custom solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, including process, estimation, design, and development.
  • Process Improvement: Work on improvements and implementation of product releases by collaborating with the BAU team and SMEs to design data, system, and functional changes.
  • Integration and Development: Work on integration with other business applications and contribute to the implementation and improvement of frameworks, processes, standards, guidelines, best practices, etc.
  • Project Implementation: Work on new modules implementation projects and assist with 3rd-level operational support when required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Solid experience in application development frameworks, test-driven development, mocking tools, and code coverage.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, Service Request/catalogue, Employee Center/Portal, and REST APIs capabilities.
  • Strong experience in performance tuning and code profiling.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working on software integration.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as ServiceNow developer certification (CAD), highly regarded.
