Motel Receptionist Opportunity

Seeking a Casual Motel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in making them feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Provide warm and friendly customer service to guests, answering their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage Reservations: Maintain accurate booking information and efficiently manage reservations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle Complaints: Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, always prioritizing their satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong Customer Service Abilities: Demonstrate strong customer service and guest relations abilities to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in using phone systems and office equipment to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Possess the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • MS Office Experience: Hold 1 year of experience in MS Office, with a focus on productivity tools and software.
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Australian Work Authorization: Meet the requirements for work authorization in Australia.
  • In-Person Work: Be willing to work in-person, interacting with guests and colleagues face-to-face.
