This is a casual role offering 20+ hrs per week, Monday
- Friday.
- This position is based in Maitland, NSW.
- MUST HAVE experience in using a motel reservation system (ideally PROTEL).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries and special requests.
- Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
- Address any guests' enquiries effectively and professionally.

- Friendly personality with a positive outlook
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Adept time management skills ensure seamless operations.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with a strong understanding of hotel/motel operations and customer service principles.
- The ability to work a rotating roster.
- Must have experience in using a PROTEL motel system.
