Motel Guest Service Agent Role

This is a casual position with 20+ hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries, and special requests.
  • Perform administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Address guest enquiries effectively and professionally.

  • Check-in/Check-out Efficiency
  • Reservation Accuracy
  • Contributing to our positive team atmosphere

The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, a positive outlook, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.

A strong understanding of hotel/motel operations and customer service principles is required. Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is necessary. The ability to work a rotating roster is also essential.
