About the Role

The Loan Kit Technician will be responsible for:

  • Shipment, delivery and tracking of instrument kits to public and private hospitals
  • Assembly of medical implants used in Orthopaedic, Ophthalmic and spinal procedures
  • Instrument management including dispatch, inspection outgoing and incoming, maintenance of instruments (including replacement and/or repair where necessary), return of contaminated kits as per company policy
  • Partnering with stakeholders across various teams
  • Ensuring consistency of high service standards delivered to both internal and external customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in Loan Kits (highly desirable)
  • A high level of attention to detail and dexterity
  • A focus on maintaining high quality standards
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • A collaborative team player
