Job Overview

The role of Surgical Operations Coordinator is to ensure the efficient and smooth management of surgical services within our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the planning and execution of surgical theatre sessions.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and care pathways.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve surgical service delivery and quality of care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform service improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Relevant registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in a perioperative setting
