About Our Opportunity

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive advice on HR matters, support the development of HR policies, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual with experience in HR generalist roles, who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to colleagues and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters, including performance management, terminations, and employment legislation.
  • Interpret and advise on Modern Awards and other relevant employment laws.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including generating contracts and managing employee paperwork.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles within a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Modern Awards and employment laws desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage competing priorities.
  • Previous experience in HR Admin or HR Coordinator roles preferred.
