This is a pivotal role in the Human Resources team, reporting to the HR Manager. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and an excellent company culture.

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This opportunity involves coordinating Learning & Development sessions, delivering one-to-one coaching sessions and small group workshops, assisting with training and ongoing support for IT and Legal Support functions, facilitating and monitoring L&D Activities, assisting with Recruitment and employee onboarding, and coordinating wellbeing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include:

This is a Coordinator level opportunity, working closely with the HR Manager on HR functions and L&D activities. A hybrid working arrangement is offered, with two days from home per week.
