Human Resources Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our HR team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating onboarding processes, including conducting induction sessions and ensuring completion of necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage off-boarding procedures, capturing exit interview data and overseeing termination paperwork.
  • Assist with creating employment offers, extensions & promotions using HR templates.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure up-to-date immigration documentation and organize supporting materials.
  • Administer Social Equity initiatives locally and liaise with stakeholders for local communication.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries about basic HR processes and benefits.
  • Schedule and manage follow-up meetings regarding various HR needs.
  • Utilize systems to ensure timely communication with managers and employees.
  • Ensure HR systems (MyStore & HR Reports) are updated and maintained with the latest employee information and conduct monthly audit checks.
  • Undertake HR project work as required.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Provide updates (in conjunction with the EA) on studio updates for internal communications.
  • Actively participate in training and HR initiative projects.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in HR Administration/Coordination or a related field.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional interpersonal style.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Tools, particularly Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines while striving for specific targets and objectives.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your career as an HR professional.
