Job Overview

As an HR and Payroll Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our internal processes. Your multifaceted role will encompass HR coordination, payroll management, and office administration, offering a unique blend of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert administrative support to the HR team
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes with efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulations through meticulous medical evaluations and checks
  • Organise equipment, tools, fuel cards, laptops, and other resources for seamless operations
  • Conduct thorough exit interviews and oversee policies and procedures
  • Coordinate return-to-work arrangements with care
  • Manage end-to-end payroll responsibilities with precision
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc payroll reports to internal stakeholders
  • Offer general office assistance to ensure optimal productivity
  • Raise purchase orders as needed for efficient resource allocation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
