Customer Service Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a customer service consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of products and services.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with excellent communication and comprehension skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. They will also be a natural problem solver and able to think on their feet to find suitable solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need.
  • Provide efficient and friendly support to 50-60 members daily, to understand their individual needs and recommend products and services that best suit their lifestyle and preferences.
  • Develop your knowledge of our products and services through a full-time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members.
  • Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members.
