Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative- Be a Customer Champion: You\'ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our customers, managing enquiries on disconnection and reconnection of electricity services, handling enquiries related to new connections, solar solutions, billing, payment plans, direct debits, and meter readings.
- Solve with Empathy: Tackle challenges with compassion and find supportive solutions that leave customers feeling heard and valued.

- Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but a fantastic attitude and eagerness to learn are essential

The must-haves- Full work rights to work within Australia
- A National Police clearance - satisfactory requirements to be met
- Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00am to 7:00pm
