Our client is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join their Perth team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting the external sales team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your technical knowledge, customer service and sales skills will be highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer enquiries, providing technical support and product guidance
  • Preparing and following up on quotes and tenders
  • Coordinating with the external sales team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Building and nurturing strong, lasting client relationships
  • Identifying and achieving profitable sales opportunities
About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. You bring:

  • Proven experience in Business to Business (B2B) customer service or internal sales roles, ideally within a mining, oil & gas, water or heavy industrial industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as seals, gaskets, pumps and valves is IDEAL
  • Ability to read basic engineering drawings
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
