About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team as a key member, providing exceptional service and administrative support. The successful candidate will work 38 hours a week, commencing at 8am.

You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager and be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through various channels. This includes:

  • Providing high-quality customer service via phone and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Confirming orders and deliveries, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Processing orders efficiently using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the sales team as a first point of contact and acting as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.

In order to excel in this role, you will need:

  • An excellent attitude and strong team player skills.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in the building industry or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
