  • Assisting customers in selecting and navigating our range of cutting-edge hearing devices and accessories.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Local marketing engagement to promote your clinic and attract new customers.
  • Maintenance and repair of hearing aids (training provided).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality customer service in a retail or allied health environment.
  • Utilizing strong computer literacy skills to manage multiple programs, including CRM, phone, and appointment book management.
  • Effectively managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibiting attention to detail and solid administration background with strong team player qualities.
