- Lead key initiatives in performance management, employee recognition, cultural enhancement, and workforce transformation.
- Advise and influence senior leaders on workforce planning, change management and organisational development.
- Mentor and guide leaders through complex people matters and strategic challenges.
- Provide guidance and support on a wide range of employee relations, performance and conduct matters.
- Guide leaders through talent management, succession planning and performance and goal setting.
- Integrate innovative people solutions by collaborating with expert teams across People and Culture.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, agility, and high performance across the organisation.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
