Revenue Manager

As a key member of our team, the Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies to maximize hotel performance and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive long-term strategic planning and short-term tactics to increase and maximize the hotel's overall revenue, profit, and improve key performance indicator performance.
- Lead the development of revenue strategies and tactics to optimize hotel revenue streams.
- Collaborate with hotel leaders and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform revenue strategies.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to ensure optimal revenue projections.
- Prepare and present regular revenue reports to hotel leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a revenue management role, with a strong understanding of revenue management principles and concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
