Area Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Access Hire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
  • Conduct customer site visits to strengthen business relationships and identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of achieving results through influence
  • Experience within the hire industry or a similar industry is highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • A fun, energetic, and hardworking approach
  • Willingness to learn and be coached for success
  • Current and valid driver's license
