SA/NT Area Sales Manager

At Randstad, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SA/NT Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the SA/NT region.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage client relationships to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Collaborate with the State Manager to develop and launch new products to the market.
- Manage the sales project pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting, and order placement.
- Respond to quotation requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management with a stable employment history.
- Strong industry knowledge and experience in the lighting or electrical industry is highly regarded.
- Proven track record of initiating, developing, and maintaining long-term client relationships to meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
