SA/NT Area Sales Manager

LED GROUP, a leading provider of high-quality lighting solutions, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join its SA team. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results, the company is looking for a skilled professional to drive business growth and develop relationships with clients and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive account management of clients to identify opportunities and solutions.
- Develop and expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities and solutions.
- Identify and develop industry relationships, including contractors and end users, to expand revenue opportunities and growth.
- Manage the sales project pipeline, taking leads and prospects through to placement of orders.
- Respond to quotation requests in a timely manner.
- Aid the State Manager in developing new products to bring to market.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Business/ Sales/ Account Management with a stable employment history.
- Ideal experience in the lighting or electrical industry, but open to non-industry experienced candidates.
- Recent experience within the lighting industry or sales to the wholesale sector will be highly regarded.
- Proven track record of initiating, developing, and maintaining long-term client relationships to meet sales targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Ability to think on your feet and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and strong customer focus.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, committed, team-focused, and reliable.
- Current driver's license with a clean record.
