About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our three retail stores in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing store managers and their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire store managers and their teams to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure that each store delivers outstanding service, creating a memorable experience for every customer.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage and improve store operations, from inventory control to visual merchandising, to drive sales growth.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyse store KPIs to maintain high standards and achieve targets.
  • Strategic Growth: Play an active role in the continued success of the brand in SA, identifying opportunities to grow the business further.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience as an Area Manager, ideally within a large-format or high-volume retail environment.
  • Exceptional people management skills with a strong focus on coaching and developing talent.
  • A passion for customer service and a desire to deliver best-in-class retail experiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational improvements.
