Our organization is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in child and family health, with the ability to provide high-quality nursing care in complex situations.
This role requires effective communication skills, enabling the nurse to collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, relatives, and visitors, while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
The successful candidate will participate in multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute to policy development, ensuring excellent standards of care are maintained.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing clinical duties, managing caseloads efficiently, and utilizing information systems effectively.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate qualification in Child Health is highly desirable, along with at least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse/Midwife.
- Current vaccination against vaccine-preventable diseases.
