About the Role

You will play a vital role in nurturing our client base and building new business relationships.

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of healthcare clients with complex banking needs. You will use your insights, experience, and expertise, along with innovative products and services, to help these businesses grow and thrive.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to established clients and focus on acquiring new clients
  • Identify further opportunities for both new and existing clients
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial & Corporate Relationship Executives, Account Managers, Senior Associates, and Analysts to deliver exceptional service and solutions
About You
  • Proven experience in successfully managing and growing a commercial or corporate portfolio, lending above $10m
  • Experience within the healthcare industry is highly regarded but not essential
  • Highly skilled in driving deal execution, origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
  • Able to thrive in collaborative environments to deliver financial solutions
  • Comfortable with financial analysis and credit decisioning
  • Pride yourself in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business
