Sydney Healthcare Banking Specialist

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Healthcare clients in Sydney. The successful candidate will provide tailored solutions to meet their complex banking needs, utilising their expertise and industry knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully building and leading a commercial portfolio, with a proven track record of driving deal execution and origination. They will be skilled in financial analysis, credit decisioning and negotiation, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
About the Role- Work closely with a portfolio of Healthcare clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Be responsible for new client acquisition and identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with Commercial & Corporate Relationship Executives, Account Managers, Senior Associates & Analysts to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover $30m-$150m or $10m-$50m in commercial lending requirements. Delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and wholesale investment advice.
Your Skills and Experience- Experience in successfully building and leading a commercial portfolio, lending above $10m.
- Highly skilled in driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions.
- Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
- Comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers.
- Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Commercial Banker looking to specialise or an existing Healthcare Banker who is keen to develop and enhance their experience within complex, high value lending and to be part of a team who are on a growth journey.
