Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership and their teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing high-quality reports, correspondence, agendas, and meeting minutes with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the calendar and schedule meetings, events, and appointments as required.
  • Provide high-level secretarial support, including responding to enquiries from stakeholders via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, providing clear information and appropriate guidance.
  • Cordinate and organise meetings, events, and appointments as required.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality administrative support at a senior level, with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with well-developed interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or higher.
