Job Overview

The Senior Training Developer will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality technical training courses, delivering impactful Train the Trainer programs, and elevating technical writing standards to meet critical business requirements.

This position entails conducting thorough training analysis and design activities, developing concise learning objectives, and crafting well-structured documentation that meets user needs and customer expectations.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive training analysis and design activities to develop focused learning objectives and training course curricula.
  • Delivering expert technical product training, including 'Train the Trainer (T3)' courses, to key stakeholders.
  • Writing, editing, reviewing, and proofreading procedural and technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to produce high-quality documentation.
