Job Title: Learning Content Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in designing and developing high-quality training courses.

  • Develop concise learning outcomes and training course curricula
  • Create high-quality documentation that meets user needs and customer standards
  • Mentor junior team members and engineers
  • Develop and maintain project timelines for training and documentation deliverables
Responsibilities:

Key duties include conducting training analysis and design activities, delivering technical product training, writing and editing procedural and technical information, and leading cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training or equivalent qualifications and above
