About This Role

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding position as a Claims Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing property claims from start to finish, engaging with customers through high-volume phone calls and providing support when they need it most.

Your main responsibility will be to manage the entire claims process, including responding to customer inquiries, investigating claims, and resolving disputes in a fair and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Claims Process End-to-End: From initial inquiry to final resolution, you will oversee the entire claims process to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution.
  • Respond to High Volume of Calls: You will engage with customers through phone calls, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support during the claims process.
  • Communicate Clearly: You will provide clear and concise communication to customers, explaining the claims process and any decisions made regarding their claim.
  • Resolve Complex Issues: You will work to resolve complex claims issues, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
