IT Support Specialist Role Overview">

This IT Support specialist role involves providing technical support for various IT systems at operational sites. The individual will work closely with colleagues, remote support teams, and the business to deliver a crucial IT support function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for the Operations of the Fulfillment Center, covering multiple technical disciplines.
  • Manage IT equipment allocation and maintenance, handling multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Troubleshoot IT-related equipment, such as PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers, and other end-user devices.
  • Be responsible for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair process for devices under warranty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating Systems support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
  • Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, days, and nights.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs /22 kgs, as well as stand and walk for 10-12 hours at a time.
