Reporting to the Projects Team Leader the Project Specialist is responsible for supporting the Commercial Account Executives by providing outstanding customer service to commercial customers, assisting with pricing, meeting margin targets and following orders all the way through to completion.
- Provide quality customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the available range of products, setting timeframes and keeping customers informed throughout each stage of the ordering process
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, including responding to enquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders and liaising with manufacturers regarding stock and delivery timeframes.
- Liaise with Customers and Account Executives to develop and manage a delivery schedule
- Manage multiple Customers Nationally
- Regularly communicate with manufacturers to ensure pricing and product information is accurate and updated where necessary, as well as monitor stock levels and availability.
- Ensure the DCs are informed well in advance of any scheduled bulk deliveries due into the warehouse or out to customers
- Provide assistance and training to more junior members of the team

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
- Knowledge of white goods and understanding of plumbing products are highly desired
- High computer literacy with experience using MS Office and G-Suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to analyse technical data and make product recommendations
- A team player
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

**Additional Information**
- Permanent full-time position with a healthy work-life balance
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- Located in Kemps Creek.
