As a key member of our Melbourne-based team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients across the engineering consulting environment and civil infrastructure sectors.

Requirements- Demonstrable success in delivering recruitment services within a consulting, construction or infrastructure setting
- Proven sales and business development skills
- Existing networks or potential sales channels or leads (advantageous)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create sales opportunities
- Ability to consistently deliver the highest customer service and relationship management level
- A team and customer-centric approach to work
- Passion for attending client functions, networking events, and industry-specific forums
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
